Welcome to Schwim.net!
We want to take a moment to welcome you to Schwim.net hosting & design. If you're looking for a
host or designer, we think you'll be hard pressed to find a group of people that will try harder to make you
happy. If you've looked at our competitors at all, We're sure you've found that for the most part, they consist
of a large entity that separates itself from you, the customer. If you have a problem, you begin searching
help documents in hope of finding an answer. If you can't find it, you try to find a contact page. Once you find
that and send them a request for help, you are chagrined when you receive a form email in response that
usually doesn't even pertain to the problem you're having.
We're different. We know that you could choose any host you want, and we're appreciative when
you choose us.
We're helpful. You'll never have a problem in contacting us, and when you do get hold of us, we'll try
our hardest to help you with your problem. We don't even own an email response template! They go against
everything that we believe in. Regardless of the cost of your hosting package, we understand that you're also
paying for support, and we're going to provide it.
We're personable. Let's face it, a lot of hosts and designers are geeks.
If you ever have to speak to a host or designer, you always fear that
they're going to start talking geek speak. Nobody else understands it, and nobody else likes it. We
promise you that we're real people, and we understand that we can't help you if you don't understand what
we're trying to say. We'll help you in a way that you can actually understand, and if we ever slip, we're ok
with you letting us know that.
We don't hold a grudge. We understand that not everybody will be happy with our services. If the time
ever arises that you wish to move your hosting services to someone else, not only will we understand, but we'll
help! If you ask the other hosts if you can have a zipped file of your images, or if there is a way for you
to easily move your files to another host, we'll bet our lunch money that you're going to find yourself talking
to a wall. We've seen enough of our competitors' file managers to know that they spend a lot of their coding
time trying to keep you from actually getting to your images. Not us! We'll zip the files for you to
move to another host, and if you have a slow connection, and the new host system permits it, we'll move them for
you! It's our personal belief that it's not good business to hold someone's files hostage, and we're sure
that if you ever find yourself needing your files, you'll feel the same way.
If you decide to give us a try, we're sure you won't be disappointed. If you find that you regret your decision
to host your files with us, we'll make our best effort to make sure you walk away happy.
